The storms are really kicking it up outside, and I am ok with that. Into each life a little rain must fall, and I'll take mine with thunder, please!

Shattered dreams

I lie alone in the clutter of my memories

Shaking

Fearing the Night

I cling to the last rays of the Sun

as I watch the Darkness Roll in

Now it is pitch

I can see nothing

Then

Like a touch from God

the Darkness soothes my wounds

and I can sleep.
